Called to reserve patio chairs that were on liquidation. Went to the store to find them already on a buggy ready to go to the cash. Very helpful.
Waste of time if you want service. Waited at the customer service to make keys for 10 mins. 4 different employes saw me and not one said hi. When finally my turn they don't have a most common door key. What a shame!
I went to one of the Canadian tire on Henri Bourassa looking for a air conditioning but they didn't have it in stock, the man suggested to me to go to the one closer to where i was at, then that's when he referred me to that location. Meanwhile i called and let them know the situation cause it was almost time to close and the people were actually listening to my needs and excepted me to get what i want.
for truck drivers delivering at this store, you ll find a rude and senseless lady for receiving. she ll just waste you time and energy and ll keep on spoiling your day.. i wish i would never have to deliver at this store again .. worst experience ever
